Webcams
Webcams: a selection of utilities for managing webcams and organizing video surveillance systems on computers. If you do not have a webcam, but have a regular digital camera or a camera on your phone, then you can connect them as a webcam using special programs
These programs allow you to apply graphic effects to a video stream from a webcam, use chromakey, turn smartphones and cameras into webcams, combine game broadcasts with a webcam, create video surveillance systems using IP cameras, process video recordings, synchronize with devices remotely and otherwise interact with different video cameras.
